3.1投标人应具备的资格：投标人必须是制造商或制造商直接授权的代理商，在招标机构登记并购买了招标文件，并已在机电产品招标投标电子交易平台成功注册。投标产品制造商必须通过ISO9001、ISO14001或对等质量体系认证，并提供相应的证书复印件；投标人/投标产品制造商提供至少有3个（含3个）梳棉机+棉箱的案例，需提供所有案例的项目合同复印件作为证明材料，客户清单作为投标文件的附件（清单应包括但不限于以下内容：产品型号、数量、客户名称等）。

3.2投标人提供近3年（2020年8月至投标截止时间）内在中国大陆销售与本次投标货物相同型号的相同货物或者相同货物不同型号，但所投货物其各项重要技术参数要等同于或优于本次投标的货物，提供用户清单，作为投标文件的附件。
